Chocolate Mousse Tart

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Walnuts (raw, unsalted) (or hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia)
- ½ cup Almonds (raw, unsalted)
- 1½ cups Dates (pitted)
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- Salt
- 2 cups Coconut Cream (from 2 cans coconut milk)
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 4 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- ½ cup Cashews (raw, unsalted)
- ⅓ cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions:
- Line a 10" springform with parchment paper.
- Pulse walnuts, almonds, pitted dates, coconut oil and a pinch of salt in a food processor to make crust dough. This should be crumbly and sticky.
- Firmly press crust mixture into pan, forming a 1 inch raised border.
- Add 2 cups coconut cream (not coconut milk), cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and cashews to food processor and again pulse until smooth.
- Pour filling into pie form and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until filling is firm.
- Press chocolate chips on top before serving.
- Tart will keep in fridge for 3 days.
